"Unlimited revisions" offer is valid until the final product delivery and acceptance. It is intended to provide you with complete satisfaction and the best possible result. However, once the final product has been accepted and delivered, any further changes or revisions will be subject to additional charges.

Where a revision week window is offered, this will start from the initial delivery of the drafted materials. Please allocate a minimum of 48 hours for each revision cycle to allow for timely completion.

The delivery timeline for each phase ensures quality and attention to your personal brand. The initial draft for each phase, including Resume Makeover, Career Journey, Portfolio Presentation, or a personalized Website, typically takes 1-2 weeks. This allows time to synthesize your professional messaging and apply your unique branding. Your input and feedback, as well as response time, will influence the speed of the final deliverables.

For those requiring a quicker turnaround than what is listed, I do offer expedited options. A rush service is available which will incur an additional cost.

ATS Optimization: Please note that while I strive to adhere to best practices for readability and design, I do not specifically optimize for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Therefore, this service is best suited for those already in the interview stage of their job search.
Creation of Content: Although we will work together to develop your branding strategy and refine your messaging, it's important to note that I do not directly create, write, or extensively edit the content of your resume.
Physical Printing: I provide digital files only. Physical printing and delivery are not part of this service.
Logo Creation: I can incorporate your existing logo into the portfolio, the design or redesign of a logo is not part of this service package.
Multilingual Support: This service is provided in English only. If you require a resume in another language, you will need to provide the translated text.
For Website Development: This service is focused on design and does not cover SEO optimization, URL purchase, Wix subscription, content creation, multilingual support, or long-term technical support.

Every project I take on is custom-made just for you. Below is a guide on what you can expect along the way after you submit your Project Request.

Based on project size, email exchanges, discovery calls, or questionnaire's to understand your project in more detail
Review and collaborate until the completed package meets your satisfaction

In the event of a project being abandoned by the client, either due to non-communication, change of plans, or any other reason, please note the following:

Projects paused or put on hold by the client for more than 30 days will be deemed abandoned. In such cases, the preliminary work delivered would be considered final and no refunds would be issued.
If the client wishes to resume an abandoned project, it will be assessed as a new project and billed accordingly.
Any payment made to me for the project before it was abandoned is non-refundable and will cover the time, resources, and creative efforts put into the project up to the point of abandonment.

Confidentiality is a top priority. When you entrust your work to me, rest assured that all materials provided will remain strictly confidential. I understand that clients' trust is of paramount importance, and I will never disclose any information to anyone else without express written permission. My commitment to privacy is unwavering, and I will take every precaution to ensure that your work is kept entirely confidential.
